Meet Trey:

As a versatile modern sales executive, Trey has mastered the art of balancing data-driven strategies with a people-first approach. He comes to the table with proven frameworks from his experience in building three distinct sales organizations encompassing ten individual sales teams. His methodology ensures that salespeople have a clear understanding of what's required at every step of the sales process and how to achieve their targets.

Trey's expertise lies in driving startups and scale-ups to use sales as a lever for growth, scale, and funding. Under his leadership, organizations have experienced a remarkable 400% growth, successfully raising over $30M in funds. The robust sales frameworks he implemented have laid the foundation for these companies to secure an additional $150M in subsequent funding rounds.

Currently, Trey serves as one of the Sales & BDR Practice Leaders at GrowthJen. Prior to this, he held key leadership positions at Allstacks, Mend.io, and HPE. Trey is a strong communicator and strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to design and execute sales strategies that scale across various business models.

Trey's experience spans the full spectrum of sales functions, including demand generation, account management, and sales operations. He orchestrates these different elements to help companies drive meaningful growth and accelerate business results. His agility in both diving into the details and strategizing at a high level makes him an ideal fit for companies in the $0-$100M growth stage.

Outside of work, Trey is passionate about mindfulness and parenting his two daughters. He believes that parenting and mindfulness have taught him valuable skills such as listening with deep curiosity, executing in the present moment without being preoccupied about the future or past, and being self-reflective to constantly improve, which he brings to his professional life when leading teams. Trey is passionate about mentoring junior team members and giving back to the community, considering it a critical leadership quality.Trey looks forward to engaging with and helping other startups and scale-up companies accelerate their growth through strategic sales leadership and culture building.
